What's on your Ipod?

  1. I thought I had eclectic taste in music, but I'm dull compared to you! Tag, do I conclude that you do some DJing? It sounded like that to me.

On my iPod are some sentimental things, some Beatles, Rolling Stones (of course), Patsy Cline, music loved before the line of demarcation in my life, Backstreet Boys (I was the mom who took all the 'tweens to the concerts and stayed there with them, so I know the music), Hank Willams and I don't mean Junior . . . but what is both interesting and repelling to me is the large volume of really angry girl music. I put that on at a time of great sorrow and heartbreak. At the time, I knew my heart was broken. But I didn't know how angry I was. With the vast distance of 3 years, I can tell I was very, very angry.

  2. Its interesting the way changes in our musical tastes can indicate times of change in our lives.
I did very little DJ work peripheral to providing audio/visual and camera work for events. Usually dinner/cocktail music with an occasional request. Worked as stagehand prior to and after my navy career.
