Saturday Masters-The Moody Blues

Its been a Eeyore kind of week her in the OV. Earlier I said probably rain anyway. It has been and is again. I've been in a blue mood so what better to listen to than the Moody Blues. Starting out with Story in Your Eyes. This song used to play in my head sitting on my 6'8" Dewey Weber at 2nd St in Hermosa waiting for the next set to come in.
Then my friend Wild Alice dreams of better days or what could have been.

 Thanks Justin for the

lead in. Alice and I, possibly some of my friends and 'tend friends ponder the question "Isn't Life Strange?'.

I invite you all to back to those days of our our youth and come "Ride My See Saw".

Of course staying happy in this up and down world is just a "Question "

The answr may or may not be true but there is always "Another Side Of Life"

Thats enough of the Moody Blues for today. I'll talk to you either tomorrow or "Tuesday Afternoon"

Have a good weekend Everyone!

  1. Well, this 'tend friend thanks you for a wonderful start to the day! Moodys are a little differently flavored than Dacing in the Streets. I like both. Just a comment about you at the seaside. Two counties south, I spent many long hours on Cardiff Beach watching the boys sitting on their 6'8" Dewey Webers. Living in a small beach town is altogether lovely.

  2. When did we go back to tend friends? I never got as far south as Cardiff. I think the Wedge is as far as I went. That was death wish body surfing spot. Yes, small beach towns don't stay samll for long:(

  4. Ha! I think we're polyfriends - both 'tend and real. You're sharp today at the WV game. I think we should organize The International Tournament of WV to be held at my dining room table. I'm willing to bet you'd medal.

  5. That comes from taking ten days with minimal writing and anxious to get back to it. Do they make tin medals?

  6. To answer my own question. Yes but they're called badges, we don't need no stinking badges. Just a small medal would be fine.

  7. Oh, VERY good, "We don't need no stinking badges!" I just noticed your rainbow of fruity flavors on your YouTube embeds ~ nice touch. I'm a chiquita who enjoys color.

  9. Oh Tag, I'm so glad I got to your profile page so I could see your name tag closer and read the Inigo Montoya thingy. One of my favorite lines from a favorite movie. I need me one of those name tags. Gotta have it. Moody Blues pretty great too!
