You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt; as young as your self-confidence, as old as your fear; as young as your hope, as old as your despair. ~Douglas MacArthur
Oh, Mike, I LOVE the girls! Man, my little kid could Walk Like An Egyptian. The first time I visited the U.K. (6 weeks in 1989) I kept hearing Eternal Flame in shops and in the streets. When it made me homesick, I knew it was time to catch a flight west. The girls were just a little lame, a little kitschy. I liked them anyway. So did baby Amber who was forming inside my body during that 1989 vacation, though I wouldn't know it for some weeks.
i spent most of the 80's incommunicado, Walk lIke an Egyptian would play on Japanese radio and AFRTS but that was it from the Bangles. So except for the covers I hadn't heard any of these before I decided on them for Saturday Masters. I kind of like their pop sound and yeah bum they are easy on the eyes.
